Terms of Service

1. Definitions

Scanns / we / our refers to Scanns Inc. and the Scanns loyalty platform. Service means the Scanns website, mobile applications, and related tools. Business Owner means a business that uses Scanns to manage a loyalty program. Customer means an individual who uses Scanns to collect stamps and redeem rewards. Content means any information, text, graphics, photos, or other materials uploaded, downloaded, or appearing on the Service.

2. Accounts

Accurate info required. You are responsible for your credentials. Notify support@scanns.com of unauthorized use.

3. Use of Service (prohibited)

You may not: issue fraudulent stamps, create fake accounts, gain unauthorized access, send spam, reverse engineer, use bots, or misrepresent yourself or a business.

4. Business Owner Responsibilities

Honor all rewards, only campaign to opted-in customers, comply with anti-spam laws, maintain accurate info.

5. Subscriptions

Pro $39.99/mo USD, Business $69.99/mo USD, billed monthly via Stripe, auto-renew, cancel anytime in Settings, no partial month refunds, 30 days notice for price changes.

6. Free Plan

50 new loyalty cards/month limit. Existing customers unaffected.

7. Intellectual Property

Scanns owns its marks and platform. Business owners own their data and content.

8. Limitation of Liability

No indirect/consequential damages. Total liability capped at 12 months of fees paid.

9. Disclaimer

Service provided as-is, no uptime guarantees.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate. Violations may result in immediate suspension.

11. Governing Law

State of Arizona, USA. Disputes resolved in Maricopa County arbitration.

12. Changes

14 days notice for material changes. Continued use = acceptance.
